The Meritage Resort and Spa is located at 875 Bordeaux Way, Napa, CA 94558. It is 60 miles from Sacramento International Airport, 55 miles from San Francisco International Airport, 47 miles from Oakland Airport, 40 miles from Sonoma County Airport, and 4 miles from Napa County Airport.

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Early check-in may be requested but is based upon availability and additional fees apply. A government-issued photo identification or passport, and a valid credit card to authorize the full amount of your stay plus $100 per night for incidentals are required at check-in.

Both self-parking and valet parking options are available. Self-parking is $15 per night and valet parking is $25 per night. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are located on-site. A ChargePoint card is needed for payment and Teslas require an adapter.

Dogs under 80 pounds are welcome at The Meritage Resort and Spa. A non-refundable fee of $100 applies, which includes a dog bed for use during your stay, a dog bowl to take home, treats and potty bags. Dogs may not be left unattended in rooms and are only permitted in certain public areas.

Generally, reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the rate, room type and dates you booked. Please see your confirmation letter for more information.
