We do not allow outside food & beverage. Please visit our on-site restaurants, Blend Café, and our Lobby Shop for wine and other specialty items to enjoy throughout your stay.

The Meritage Resort provides multiple dining options including Olive & Hay, Ember Steak, Village Bistro, Crush, Blend Café, Sora Bubbles, and In-Room Dining. Your stay includes a resort fee of $49.00 plus tax, per room, per night.

The resort fee includes the following amenities and services: a bottle of wine upon arrival, shuttle service to and from downtown Napa, two daily bottles of water in your guest room, unlimited high-speed wireless internet across the property, unlimited local and toll-free calls, in-room coffee and tea, 24/7 access to fitness facilities and a yoga studio (with yoga mat rental upon request), Alo Moves on-demand fitness and wellness classes, entry to both family-friendly and adult-only pools.

Resort fee is subject to applicable occupancy, local and state taxes. Must be 21 and older.

Smoking is not allowed in guestrooms or other interior spaces. Smoking is only allowed in designated exterior areas.

Yes, we do accept debit cards. However, the funds will be immediately withdrawn from your account. Any refunds upon check out can take up to 5-10 business days.

A government-issued photo identification or passport and a valid credit card to authorize for your full amount of stay, plus incidentals for an additional $100 per night.

Generally, reservations must be cancelled 72-hours prior to arrival date, time to avoid a one night’s room, and tax charge. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the rate and room type selected. Some rates and dates may have varying policies, see your confirmation letter for additional details.

The minimum age requirement is 18. The wine included in the Napa Valley resort fee will be removed from the room for any guests checking in under 21.

We charge the credit card on file a one-night deposit, plus resort fee and taxes, 72 hours prior to arrival date. Should you cancel prior to the 72-hour cancellation policy you will be refunded the full amount. If the credit card used for the one-night deposit is not present at arrival, we will refund and authorize the credit card present at check-in. Some rates may require a full advance deposit, see your confirmation letter for additional details

We have Keurig Coffee machines in our guest rooms. Coffee is replenished daily.

Yes, all rooms have feather-free bedding (down alternative). Please alert out team regarding any special needs prior to your arrival through our online concierge.

Yes, we do have cribs upon request at no additional cost.

Most of our suites and a select few of our standard guestrooms include a tub, however, the majority of our guestrooms include a shower only.

Unfortunately, our rooms do not accommodate rollaway beds and we do not have any available on property.

Maximum occupancy varies by room type. A king room can only accommodate 2 people, the maximum in any room is 4 people.

All Pure Rooms are specifically treated to strictly minimize allergens. Because of this, we cannot offer Pure Room upgrades to guests traveling with dogs.

Our Pure Rooms offer the highest standards for relaxation, rejuvenation, and well-being. Every pure room contains a specialized air purification system, as well as several applications anti-microbial applications to kill bacteria and viruses. Every Pure Room bed also contains hypoallergenic bedding and a specialized shower filter to remove any heavy minerals from your shower water. Staying in a Meritage Resort Pure Room will leave you feeling rested and restored.

We offer shuttle service to Downtown Napa 7 days a week. The shuttle drops off and picks up from the corner of Third Street and Main Street. The shuttle will depart from The Meritage Resort from 4pm to 10pm on the hour. The shuttle will depart from downtown from 4:30pm to 9:30pm on weekdays and until 10:30pm on weekends. For assistance, please call 707.251.1900.

Yes, there are six charging stations located at The Meritage Resort. Please note that a ChargePoint card is needed for payment, Tesla's required adapter. Please see our valet team for complete information when you arrive.

Both self-parking and valet parking options are available at The Meritage Resort and Spa.

At The Meritage Resort and Spa, self-parking is $15 per night and valet parking is $25 per night.

We do not have a shuttle, but we can set up private transportation. Please request through our online concierge.

Meritage Resort is 60 miles away from the Sacramento International Airport, 55 miles away from the San Francisco International Airport, 47 miles away from the Oakland Airport, 40 miles away from the Sonoma County Airport, and 4 miles away from the Napa County Airport.

Yes. There is a non-refundable fee of $100. The fee includes a plush Meritage Resort and Spa dog bed (for use during stay only), a dog bowl to take home, and a pet amenity bag (includes treats and potty pick-up bags).

The resort cannot ship any alcohol directly. Should guests desire to ship alcohol (wine only), the resort Concierge can assist with connecting guests to a third-party vendor.

Yes. Items can be shipped from the resort via UPS and FedEx only, and guests must provide a pre-paid shipping label and sealed box. The resort is not able to create shipping labels, provide boxes, or accepted opened packages from guests.

Yes. You can ship packages to the resort just prior to your arrival or during your stay. For tracking purposes, please ship all packages to The Meritage Resort and Spa’s shipping and receiving department and include your name or the receiving guest’s name on the shipping label. Please note that the hotel is not liable for lost or damaged items.
