Align & Awaken: Mat Pilates & Vineyard Hike | Thursday, March 20 | 6:00pm-7:15pm

Vineyard Deck

Celebrate the balance and renewal of the spring equinox with an outdoor class on our beautiful vineyard deck. Begin with a 45-minute mat Pilates session designed to align your body and strengthen your core as you embrace the fresh energy of the season. Then, enjoy a 30-minute mindful hike through the vineyard, grounding yourself in nature and awakening your senses to the promise of spring. Wear comfortable walking shoes and come ready to move and breathe to the rhythms of the new season.

Celebrate Earth Day with a special outdoor yoga class that honors our connection to nature. This grounding practice blends gentle flow, breathwork, and meditation, inviting you to move in harmony with the elements around you. Feel the earth beneath you, breathe in the fresh air, and cultivate a sense of gratitude for the natural world. Together, we’ll set intentions for sustainability, renewal, and balance—on and off the mat.

Relax & Recalibrate: Floating Sound Bath | Thursday, May 22 | 7:00pm-8:30pm

Adult Pool

Immerse yourself in deep relaxation with an aquatic sound bath in our heated vineyard view pool. As you effortlessly float on the water, the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs will wash over you, promoting deep rest and energetic balance. This unique sound journey encourages a profound sense of weightlessness, peace, and renewal, allowing you to fully surrender to the moment.

Floatation devices provided. No swimming required. All levels welcome. Please note classes are limited to 10 people, 16 years old and above.

Motion Studio

Flow Yoga honors individuals’ energetic levels earlier in the morning. This class, located in our Motion Studio at the Signature building, allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity.

Vineyard Yoga Hike | Saturday, 8:45 am

Meet at Spa Terra Cave Entrance

Join us for a guided morning hike through our hillside vineyards. Enjoy a 1.5 mile hike through the vineyard ending at the iconic “Crusher” statue atop the hill - a great photo op! Then trek down to our Vineyard Deck for sun salutations, stretches, breathwork, and meditation with panoramic views of Napa Valley.

Please wear running/walking shoes and layered clothing to your comfort. Yoga mats will not be used for this activity. 

In case of rain, we will pivot to Guided Meditation in the Motion Studio.

Light HIIT | Sunday, 8:30am

Motion Studio

This class will increase your heart rate while minimizing the amount of stress and impact you put on your body. You will feel the intensity effects of a HIIT workout with a gentler approach that is easier on the body. Burn calories, get your heart pumping and enjoy this perfect mix of power and grace.

Private TRX & Stretch

Developed by a Navy Seal, TRX® is a highly effective workout system that leverages gravity and your own body weight to perform numerous exercises to build a rock-solid core and improve muscle endurance.

Flow Yoga

Recommended for those who have a good understanding of the fundamental principles of alignment within individual postures, this session connects multiple postures through breath and movement. Designed to relieve stress and connect one with the authentic self to bring more ease and vitality.

Private Dance Instruction

If music inspires you to move, you will love this personal session with our dance instructor. Choose the style that interests you—ballroom, modern, ballet, jazz, or Latin—and dance your cares away.

Restorative Yoga

A blend of moving meditations and relaxing restorative poses (typically done on the floor) to help the body release stress and tension. Restorative poses are an important part of a long-term yoga practice, helping to recharge energy reserves, heal the body from stress and bring the nervous system to a more balanced state.

Pilates

Low-impact, strength training, and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Yoga Basics

Specifically, for those new to yoga, this class introduces the fundamentals of a yoga practice—breath, awareness, proper alignment, and mindfulness practice. Also, an excellent choice for those working around injuries or for longtime yoga students looking to refine their practice.

Guided Meditation

Meditation is the simple and direct practice of moment-to-moment mindfulness. With careful and sustained observation and proper breathing techniques, we can experience the ever-changing flow of the mind-body process to cultivate awareness and learn to accept more fully the pleasure and pain, fear and joy, sadness and happiness that are inevitable in life.
